Empress Gin Sour

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Karaft simple syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white (optional for texture)
- Karaft Lemon for garnish

 

Instructions:
1. Dry Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the Empress Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

2. Wet Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

 

3. Strain: Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass to ensure a smooth texture.

4. Garnish: Add Karaft Lemon wheel for beautiful presentation.

5. Sip and Enjoy!

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
- 2 oz whiskey (bourbon works)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Karaft simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Karaft Orange wheel for garnish

 

Instructions:
1. Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

2. Strain: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice or into a chilled coupe glass, depending on your preference.

3. Garnish: Add a lKaraft lemon wheel for a classic cocktail feel.

4. Sip and Enjoy!

Blue Margarita

 Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila (preferably blanco)
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Karaft simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Coarse salt (for rimming the glass)
- Karaft lime wheel for garnish

 

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass: If you like a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip the rim into coarse salt to coat it.

2. Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using). Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

3. Strain: Fill your prepared glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.

4. Garnish: Add a Karaft lime wheel to complete the cocktail.

5. Sip and Enjoy!
